Consistently good experience

I've ordered from Chili Food a few times now, mainly for their dried chilies and chili powders. This last order, a mix of Ancho and Guajillo chilies, was just as good as the previous ones. Always arrives well-packaged and the quality is reliable. That's why I keep coming back.

Good products, slight delay

I ordered some Probiersets and a couple of bags of Scharfe Chips. The product quality was excellent; the chips were really tasty and the sample sauces were a good way to try new flavors. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, about six days total, when I was hoping for closer to four. Everything was packaged well, though, and arrived intact. Customer service was not needed, but the product selection and quality make up for the slightly longer delivery time. It's a good place for chili items, just plan for a few extra days for delivery.

Great value on sauces

I was looking to stock up on hot sauces and found Chili Food. They had a good sale going on, and with the free shipping minimum, I saved a decent amount. Got a few different types, including a Carolina Reaper Sauce, and the price per bottle was much better than other places. Felt like a solid purchase for the money.

Decent selection, slow shipping

I ordered some Piri Piri Sauce and a few bags of scharfe chips. The product selection is great, lots of interesting stuff. Everything was packed securely and arrived in good condition. My only minor gripe was the shipping time; it took a full week to get here, which felt a bit long. Otherwise, the chips were tasty and the sauce had a nice kick.

Detailed experience with an order

I recently placed an order for a Chili Geschenkkorb and a few types of Getrocknete Chilis. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation almost immediately. Delivery took about four business days, which was within their stated timeframe. Everything arrived securely packed, no damage to any items. The gift basket looked very presentable, and the dried chilis were fresh and aromatic. I did have a question about one of the items, and their customer service responded to my email within a day, providing a helpful answer. Overall, a solid online shopping experience, and I'd recommend them for chili enthusiasts.

Good value on hot sauce

I was looking for some new hot sauces and found Chili Food. The prices seemed pretty good, especially with the bulk discounts on some items. I ended up getting a couple of Habanero Sauces and a Chipotle Sauce. Felt like I got a good deal overall.

Good sauce, fast delivery

Ordered some Habanero Sauce. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The sauce itself was exactly what I expected, good heat and flavor. Would buy again.

Chili seeds worked out

I grabbed some chili seeds and a small plant fertilizer. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect from buying seeds online, but they came fast. Planted them a few weeks ago and they're already sprouting, which is cool. The instructions were clear enough. Pretty happy with how it all turned out, easy process.

Smooth order, good quality

My order included a Carolina Reaper Sauce, some chili seeds, and a chili growing kit. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. Delivery took about 5 business days, which was within their estimated window. Everything arrived intact; no broken bottles or squashed seed packets. I tried the sauce already and it's definitely hot, just as described. The seeds look healthy, so I'm hopeful for a good harvest. I didn't need to contact support, so can't comment there, but overall, a solid experience for someone new to growing their own.
